研究内容・メッセージ

私は医学部を卒業後、小児科医として主に小児消化器肝臓疾患/栄養発育に関する診療、研究、教育に従事してきました。また勤務先の病棟で様々な医療安全に関する経験をしてきました。医療安全は医療に関わる全てのスタッフが日々実感することですが、予防・対処に関する個々人の経験を、組織として蓄積・体制化する事が必要です。また患者・家族の安全のみならず、医療スタッフが心身ともに健全な状態で業務に当たる環境も大切です。本研究科は、実践と研究の交差点として、志を持った皆さんのステップアップのお役に立てるものと思います。
